How can I purchase an item?
When you see an item you would like to purchase, just click the "Add to Shopping Bag” button and it will be placed in your PayPal shopping cart. You do not need a PayPal account, just follow the instructions from there on from PayPal.
Once we receive your payment and order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and when your item is sent, you will receive a shipping notification email.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept online orders through PayPal. PayPal allows users with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send payments online. It's free to send your payment through PayPal and you don’t need to setup an account. PayPal acccepts all major credit cards.
If you prefer sending your payment by mail, you can do so as well. Email us the order to: info@bijouboutique.com and we can take it from there. Items will be shipped after the check clears, this could take up to 7 days. Should the check be returned, a $25.00 fee will be assessed.
Be sure to include instructions on which item you'd like to order, your mailing address, email address and phone number. *Please do not send payment until we’ve cleared the order through email.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes you can! Simply visit our Gift Certificate page to purchase a gift certificate that should be for use on BijouBoutique.com. You can make your purchase through PayPal and choose to send it through email to the lucky person or to print it out to present it yourself.
Notes regarding Gift Certificates purchased through BijouBoutique.com:
Gift Certificates that are purchased through BijouBoutique.com can only be used for purchases on BijouBoutique.com.
Refunds on Gift Certificates that were purchased using a credit/debit card through PayPal will have the face value credited back to the purchasers PayPal account.
Refunds are made within 30 days of purchase and will be refunded to the
purchaser
.
Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date.

Do you take custom orders?
Custom Orders are available upon request. Most items on our site can be altered to a different stone, size, or precious metal. A custom order fee may be added to the cost of the item and the actual price may vary depending on the adjustment made (for example, changing Sterling Silver to Goldfill may increase the price). Contact us with your order request. Be sure to include the name of the item you wish to customize and what changes you wish to be made. We will send you a price quote for the cost of the customized item. You can then confirm whether you want the item made and send payment. If you desire several of the same item (for bridal party, etc), please contact us to determine whether or not the item you desire is available in quantity. Please note that custom orders may take up to 4 weeks.

When can I expect my item?
After payment is cleared, please allow 2-3 days to prepare item for shipment after that allow 3-5 days for the USPS delivery.
If purchaser needs item sooner, please email us prior to placing order.

What are my shipping options?
We ship our jewelry via U.S. Postal Service Priority, unless otherwise specified by the shopper through email prior to placing an order. If you are interested in another option, please contact us for more information on rates. Also, please contact us for international shipping rates - info@bijouboutique.com.
Please note: orders must be delivered to a street address
- NO DELIVERIES CAN BE MADE TO P.O. BOXES.

What is your return policy? Can I exchange an item?
Bijou Boutique wants you to be satisfied about what you’ve purchased, therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item in new, unused condition for exchange or complete refund (less shipping charges) within 7 days of the date received. Please email us at info@bijouboutique.com to obtain a return authorization number and the address to where you should send your returns. No exchange or refund will be processed without a return authorization.
If you would like to exchange a new, unused product, email us at info@bijouboutique.com to obtain an exchange authorization number and the address to where you should send your item of exchange. Be sure to safely pack the item and upon receipt, we will mail your new item.
*Note - All custom orders are final sale; no returns are accepted on custom items. *Note - Earrings may be NOT be returned due to hygienic reasons.

A sales tax of 7% will only be applied to orders shipped to the state of Florida.
